I stole this picture from the NYT’s article on greener champagne bottling and it’s been sitting on my desktop for weeks waiting for me to upload it here. There was something striking about this image, the colors, the intentional blur and sense of movement, the vignetting, that made me stop. NYT has been doing amazing things with its online photography in the past few years, and here’s just another fantastic example.
